Life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why I offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with a licensed therapist from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient, with no commute time!

I am in-network with Premera and Lifewise. You will need to determine the level of coverage your insurance will offer for therapy services. 

I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans.  However, I understand the financial considerations involved in seeking therapy. I offer competitive rates and can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

Occasionally, insurance companies do provide out-of-network reimbursement. If you would like to receive a statement or invoice to send to your insurance company, I can provide that for you upon request. These statements or invoices are often referred to as a "Superbill."

The rate varies per session length for couples, family, and individual therapy.

• $175 for 50 minutes (1hr)
• $250 for 80 minutes (1.5hrs)
• $300 for 110 minutes (2hrs)

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate provider in Washington State. I have completed a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialization in Systemic Sex Therapy. As I work towards full licensure, I work under the supervision of a fully licensed provider to ensure my services are meeting the highest standards of care.
