Why Teletherapy?
Life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why I offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with a licensed therapist from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient, with no commute time!
Do you accept my insurance?
I am an out-of-network therapist. This means I am not contracted to bill your insurance company. Many insurance companies do provide out-of-network reimbursement. If you would like to receive a statement or invoice to send to your insurance company, I can provide that for you upon request. These statements or invoices are often referred to as a "Superbill."
How much does therapy cost?
The rate varies per session length for couples, family, and individual therapy.
- $175 for 50 minutes (1hr)
- $250 for 80 minutes (1.5hrs)
- $300 for 110 minutes (2hrs)
What is an LMFTA?
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate provider in Washington State. I have completed a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialization in Systemic Sex Therapy. As I work towards full licensure, I work under the supervision of a fully licensed provider to ensure my services are meeting the highest standards of care.
