Family counseling services are designed to help families overcome challenges related to communication, conflict, and other issues. As a licensed family therapist, I have over 16 years of experience working with families to identify growth areas, improve communication and problem-solving skills, and develop a stronger sense of cohesion and support. 

Child and adolescent counseling services are designed to help young people develop tools to cope with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. I use evidence-based techniques to help children and teens develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and achieve greater success in school and other areas of life. My history as a pediatric RN who specialized in Pediatric Neurology and Oncology, I have supported children and families during some of their most difficult experiences. I see every child as fully human, deserving of respect, a listening ear, and someone who believes in their inherent goodness. 

As an out-of-network provider, I do not directly accept insurance for family therapy services. However, I understand the financial considerations involved in seeking therapy. I offer competitive rates and can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
